Tilling Timber SmartForm LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber) is a versatile, high-strength engineered wood product used in concrete formwork support structures including joists, bearers, walers, and soldiers in conventional soffit formwork and vertical forms for concrete slab pouring.
Manufactured from layers of hardwood veneers bonded with phenolic Type A adhesive (AS 2754.1), this LVL offers superior strength, stability, and consistency compared to traditional timber. With an average density of 540 to 590 kg/m³, SmartForm LVL resists warping, twisting, and shrinking, providing reliable performance in Australian building conditions.
Painted safety orange for easy visual identification on site. Sealed with a water resistant coating to increase durability, providing extended service life for formwork applications.
Available in four cross-section sizes: 95 x 45mm, 95 x 63mm, 130 x 77mm, and 150 x 77mm. Each size can be supplied in any of the available lengths: 3.0m, 3.6m, 4.2m, 4.8m, 5.4m, and 6.0m.
