Tilling Timber FormPly F17 is a premium, high quality structural plywood ideally used for concrete formwork. Constructed with mixed species hardwood veneers and a phenolic overlay film on both sides, this F17 Formply prevents concrete from sticking to the plywood while providing some water protection – meaning washing down and reusing is a practical option.
The 160gsm black Class 2 film face and back offer excellent resistance to warping, delamination, and moisture, ensuring longevity on site. Manufactured with phenol formaldehyde Type A adhesive (AS/NZS 2754.1) and certified to conform with AS 6669:2016 by BSI Group (Certificate No BMP 666842). Suitable for Class 2 (single use) and Class 3 Super E0 applications.
All veneers are certified under the Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC) from sustainable forests (License No BGFC-CFCC/PEFC COC-0016). Moisture content between 6 and 12 percent as per AS/NZS 2269.
Consistent thickness of 17mm with a width of 1200mm. Available in two sheet sizes: 1200 x 1800mm and 1200 x 2400mm.
