The RapidTool Stainless Steel Tie Wire is a premium solution for corrosive and coastal environments, delivering superior strength and long-lasting performance for rebar tying on marine, infrastructure, and outdoor concreting projects across Australia. This high-precision 0.8mm diameter stainless steel wire is specially designed for use with the RapidTool RT-40A and RT-60A rebar tiers.
Each carton contains fifty spools of 95-metre wire. When used with the RT-40A, each coil delivers approximately 160 ties using a two-wrap configuration or 120 ties using three wraps, giving you up to 8000 ties per carton. With the RT-60A, each coil delivers approximately 90 ties using three wraps or 75 ties using four wraps, up to 4500 ties per carton. Each coil weighs 420 grams.
The high-grade stainless steel construction ensures secure, rust-resistant ties in even the harshest conditions, with excellent flexibility and consistent feed through your rebar tier. Ideal for fixing mesh, tying footings, and working on precast panels where corrosion resistance is critical.
