The RapidTool Two Rebar Tie Machines + 2000 Coils Kit is a powerhouse package designed for large-scale reinforcing projects, high-volume steel fixing, and crew-based operations on major Australian construction sites. This professional-grade combo features two RapidTool rebar tie machines paired with 2000 galvanised wire coils, delivering unmatched productivity, efficiency, and value for slabs, footings, precast, and major infrastructure work.
Choose from three configuration options. Two RT-40A machines, delivering 0.6 second tie speeds and a combined 320,000 ties using a two-wrap configuration. Two RT-60A machines, delivering 0.8 second tie speeds and a combined 180,000 ties using a three-wrap configuration. Or one of each, one RT-40A and one RT-60A, giving you both speed and capacity across different rebar sizes and tying requirements.
Each machine features innovative patented technology, advanced digital tie tension control with warning sensor detection, and dual brushless twisting and feeding motors for extended operational life – precision engineered and tested to over 2 million ties. Powered by 18V 4.0Ah lithium-ion batteries (2 batteries included per machine, 4 total), each RT-40A achieves over 5000 ties (2 wraps) per charge, while each RT-60A achieves over 4500 ties (3 wraps) per charge. The slim arm design allows for tight ties in congested reinforcement.
Ergonomic and lightweight, these machines increase rebar tying production by up to 8 times while reducing impact on hands, arms, and back. Optional electronic extension arms are available to eliminate bending over entirely.
