The RapidTool Rebar Tie Machine + 1000 Coils Kit is a powerhouse package designed for large-scale reinforcing projects and high-volume steel fixing across Australian construction sites. This professional-grade combo features a RapidTool rebar tie machine paired with 1000 galvanised wire coils, delivering unmatched productivity, efficiency, and value for slabs, footings, precast, and major infrastructure work.
Choose between two models. The RT-40A delivers lightning-fast tie speed of 0.6 seconds, with 1000 coils giving an impressive 160,000 ties using a two-wrap configuration. The RT-60A offers a 0.8 second tie speed, with 1000 coils delivering 90,000 ties using a three-wrap configuration. Both models feature innovative patented technology, advanced digital tie tension control with warning sensor detection, and dual brushless twisting and feeding motors for extended machine operational life – precision engineered and tested to over 2 million ties.
Powered by an 18V 4.0Ah lithium-ion battery (2 batteries included), the RT-40A achieves over 5000 ties (2 wraps) per charge, while the RT-60A achieves over 4500 ties (3 wraps) per charge. The slim arm design allows for tight ties and shorter tie height in congested reinforcement.
Ergonomic and lightweight, these machines increase rebar tying production by up to 8 times while reducing impact on hands, arms, and back. An optional electronic extension arm is available to eliminate bending over entirely.
