Description
The Novaplas Fast Clip Bar Chairs (FCBs) are designed to make steel fixing and traceability easier on concrete construction projects. Each chair is identified by its cover size, eliminating guesswork on site. Made from quality materials, these chairs are coloured grey to match the concrete for minimal exposure.
The fast-clip design allows for quick and secure placement onto rebar, saving time during steel fixing. Available in two head sizes to accommodate different bar diameters, one for 4mm to 20mm bar, and another for 20mm to 36mm bar.
Manufactured from high-density, robust plastic that resists crushing and deformation under the weight of wet concrete. Tested to AS/NZS 2425:2015.
Ideal for precast and tilt-up panels, suspended decks, beams, walls, and structural panels.
Currently stocked in cover sizes: 20mm, 35mm, 40mm, and 50mm. Supplied in convenient packs of 100. For other cover sizes, please contact us.
