Description
MasterCoat 200 is a premium iron-armoured, dry-shake surface hardener designed for industrial concrete floors that demand exceptional abrasion resistance and impact protection. Applied over freshly floated concrete, it creates a monolithic floor surface with up to eight times the abrasion resistance of plain concrete, making it ideal for high-traffic, heavy-duty environments such as distribution warehouses, mine sites, aircraft hangars, power stations, loading bays, and workshops.
Formulated with 100% specially processed iron aggregate in a cementitious binder, MasterCoat 200 delivers a dense, virtually non-dusting surface that resists oil, grease, hydraulic fluids, ethylene glycol, and many industrial chemicals. Its increased surface density minimises water and cleaning agent absorption, making ongoing maintenance easier and more cost-effective.
This versatile surface hardener can be finished from smooth to slip-resistant to meet safety and performance requirements. It also comes in a light-reflective formulation to reduce lighting costs in large facilities.
