Description
The GSA All Purpose Silicone 300ml is a one-part, neutral cure sealant designed for multi-purpose weatherproofing and waterproofing applications across domestic and commercial projects.
Ready to use with standard caulking guns, it offers good gun-ability even in extreme weather conditions. The sealant cures at room temperature by reaction with moisture in the air, forming a durable, flexible silicone rubber. It provides excellent primerless adhesion to most construction materials, including steel, glass, anodised aluminium, PVF2-coated surfaces, and concrete.
The neutral cure formula is non-corrosive to sensitive substrates and suitable for use on non-porous, porous, and alkaline surfaces. The sealant remains chemically stable across a wide range of installation temperatures (-20°C to +50°C). Once cured, it stays flexible indefinitely without becoming brittle, tearing, or cracking, with a service temperature range from -40°C to +150°C.
Virtually unaffected by sunlight (UV), wind, frost, rain, snow, ozone, or temperature extremes.
