Formflex Expansion Foam – Adhesive is a high-performance, closed-cell polyethylene joint filler with a convenient self-adhesive backing, designed for concrete expansion joints in slabs, pavements, footpaths, kerbs, highways, and structural applications. The closed-cell structure provides excellent water resistance, compression recovery, and long-term durability in demanding Australian conditions, preventing cracking and structural stress while accommodating movement and thermal expansion.
The self-adhesive backing allows for quick, secure placement without mechanical fasteners or messy glues, simply peel and apply. This simplifies installation, saves time on site, and ensures a clean, consistent finish. Easy to cut, handle, and install.
Available in ten variations, each 25 metres long. The cream option comes in 75mm and 100mm widths. The black option comes in 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 125mm, 150mm, 200mm, 250mm, and 300mm widths.
