Danley Systems Galvanised Keyjoint

Danley Systems Logo

Danley Galvanised Keyjoint for stable, adjustable concrete slab joints.

Description

The Danley Systems Galvanised Keyjoint is a high-performance metal joint system designed to transfer loads between adjoining concrete slabs while allowing lateral movement and limiting differential deflection. Engineered for footpaths, shared bikeways, and light traffic areas, Keyjoint ensures durable, stable joints that maintain slab alignment and reduce the risk of cracking or uneven surfaces.

Self-supporting and height-adjustable, the Keyjoint utilises Danley’s patented “drive-n-twist” stake system for quick and accurate installation. The system features knock-out holes for square or round dowels, providing flexibility in dowel spacing and compatibility with Danley Dowelmaster sleeves for a complete joint solution. Keyjoint can be used as a plain joint or combined with temporary or permanent Rip-A-Strip™ capping profiles, available in black or grey, to protect and finish the joint.

The Galvanised Keyjoint is available in three-metre lengths with four threaded stakes, with heights of 100mm and 150mm using 350mm stakes and 250mm using 550mm stakes. Constructed from GALVABOND® steel, this stay-in-place formwork system allows continuous concrete placement with preformed internal joints and meets the requirements of AS 3727.1:2016 Residential Pavements.

Durable, precise, and engineered for maximum performance, the Danley Systems Galvanised Keyjoint delivers a reliable and long-lasting solution for residential and light commercial concrete joint construction.
