Description
The Danley Systems Dowelmaster Sleeve is a versatile, multi-directional plastic sleeve designed for high-capacity 16mm square dowels in construction joints. Available in 16x210mm and 16x400mm sizes, these sleeves allow contraction at the joint while providing lateral movement and expansion capacity, preventing slab lock-up and ensuring durable, high-performance ground slabs.
Engineered for efficiency, Dowelmaster sleeves are simple to install, eliminating the need to drill form boards or use bar chairs. They can be nailed to wooden form boards (using the optional nailing plate) or attached directly to Danley Keyjoint. Each sleeve is supported at the rear by a stake and wedge system for stability during the concrete pour.
