Description
Evencure W30 is a wax-based, sprayable curing compound formulated to cure freshly laid concrete. It is a low to medium viscosity, white pigmented emulsion of specially blended waxes that meets the requirements of AS3799 for moisture retention in liquid membrane curing compounds. Suitable for sealing interior and exterior freshly laid concrete surfaces, either smooth or textured.
Application rate is 5m² per litre. Apply undiluted with an airless spray (minimum 280kPa / 40psi) or by brush, roller, or broom. After 30 to 35 days, the continuous film formed on the concrete surface will begin to degrade due to exposure to UV light. Can also be used as a debonding agent when applied to the concrete sub-base prior to pouring the concrete base, allowing the two layers to expand and contract differently without producing cracking. Low odour, low toxicity, and non-flammable.
Note: Evencure W30 will not take aftertrades. If aftertrades are going to be applied to the surface, mechanical removal is required.
