The Wired Concrete Spacer is a high-quality, single-cover spacer designed to ensure accurate reinforcement cover in concrete structures. Sizes are supplied in packs of 50, 25, and 20, making them
ideal for medium to large-scale pours where consistency and reliability are essential.
Manufactured to meet Australian Standard AS/NZS 2425:2015, these spacers are independently tested and classified as very low in rapid chloride permeability by SGS Laboratories, helping to minimise the risk of reinforcement corrosion over time. With a minimum compressive strength of 60 MPa, validated by Hanson Group Technical Services, they are built to withstand the pressures of demanding applications without deforming or breaking.
The spacers feature galvanised loop wire, designed to integrate seamlessly with in-situ concrete, reducing the likelihood of hairline cracking where the spacer meets the concrete. They maintain consistent dimensional tolerances and resist deformation even under fluctuating temperatures, offering excellent physical and chemical resistance to withstand harsh environmental and handling conditions.
